General conditions

Booking guarantee
All bookings must be guaranteed with a credit card number and expiry date, or by making a down payment of 30% of the total number of nights booked, or a minimum of one night. The amount will be deducted from the final invoice.

Cancellation
Your stay must be cancelled within 15 days before your arrival or it will be totally charged.

Shortened stay
The total number of nights booked will be charged as compensation.

Arrival
Rooms will be available from 2 PM. Please let us know in the event of a morning or late arrival.

Departure
Your room must be vacated before 12 PM.


POUR LES GROUPES

Option will be kept until 2 months before the arrival date.

A deposit covering 30 % to 50 % of the total invoice has to be settled 30 days before the arrival date.

Cancellation : no cancellation fees more than two months before the arrival date OR 50 % of the deposit will be withheld in case of cancellation between 30 and 20 days before OR the total amount of the deposit in case of cancellation less than 20 days before.

No shows will be invoiced if we aren’t informed 8 days before the arrival date.
